Charlie Lowery is based in Athens, TN and has been on the DU staff for four years. For seven years before Charlie became a staff member, he was a DU volunteer in Tennessee. Currently, Charlie works to build support for DU at the grassroots level, recruiting volunteers and empowering them to raise money for the ducks and DU’s conservation efforts.
